Programs like our “After School - Strong Youth Strong Community”, Neighborhood Revitalization, Nutrition, Adult Education, and Financial Literacy programs offer opportunities for the population we serve to grow and improve. We are a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) where we meet or exceed the highest standards set by the Federal Government. Wesley Health Centers offer an array of primary care services for the whole family. We offer primary care for children and adults.
