Through our Community Center programs, we work to provide opportunities for personal and social growth within the populace. These programs help improve and enhance our neighborhood resident’s quality of life. Programs like our “After School - Strong Youth Strong Community”, Neighborhood Revitalization, Nutrition, Adult Education, and Financial Literacy programs offer opportunities for the population we serve to grow and improve. We have strong partnerships with business and community organizations that help us serve local families and members of the community.

At Wesley Health Centers, our services are focused on providing high-quality healthcare to everyone who comes to us regardless of financial means. We are a FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) where we meet or exceed the highest standards set by the Federal Government. Wesley Health Centers offer an array of primary care services for the whole family. We offer primary care for children and adults.
