HEALTH CENTER SERVICES

Wesley Health Centers provide high-quality primary healthcare services to the whole family.  We offer well and sick visits for all ages, chronic disease management, sexual and reproductive healthcare, HIV and STI testing, prenatal services, health education and nutrition counseling.  As a delegate agency of Affirm we offer low and no cost sexual and reproductive healthcare that includes family planning services. Wesley is a Well Woman HealthCheck Program grantee offering breast and cervical exams at no cost for those who qualify. 

Wesley accepts most insurances, Medicare, and AHCCCS.   Wesley also offers eligible patients discounted fees based on verifiable income and family size.
