Wesley accepts most insurances, Medicare, and AHCCCS. Please contact your health insurance provider if you do not see your plan listed. The below lists do not include every plan we accept, are subject to change, and are updated frequently.

Wesley also offers certain services at low and no-cost for those that qualify. These include sexual and reproductive healthcare and Well Woman HealthCheck services. We also offer eligible patients discounted fees on all of our services based on verifiable income and family size. Our sliding Fee Discount Fee schedule can be found under Patient Resources. 

No One will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. There is a discounted/ sliding fee schedule available based on Family Size and Income.
