We are looking for a professional, mature, compassionate and customer focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).. This person needs to be dynamic, empathic, bilingual and biliteral in Spanish and English and comfortable working in an integrated medical and behavioral health model.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Must have at least 3-4 years of experience as an LCSW or LPC and has experienced working in one-to-one therapy.

Candidates must demonstrate abilities in social awareness, critical thinking, problem solving, and time management

Must have strong reading, comprehension and communication skills

Must be compassionate, caring and have close listening skills

Must be willing to work in medical environment and communicate clearly with medical providers.

This job will be a full-time position with traditional work hours, but evenings, weekends (on call emergency if necessary), and holidays may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,793.00 - $63,000.00 per year
