Dr. Caitlin Lee is originally from Montana. She completed her undergraduate degree in Philosophy-Neuroscience-Psychology at Washington University in St. Louis, medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine, and residency at the University of Arizona Family Medicine Residency-Phoenix where she served as a Chief Resident in her final year. Prior to medical school she was a Jesuit Volunteer at a clinic for the uninsured in Milwaukee, WI, where among other things she was responsible for obtaining free medications for their patients. During medical school she helped to run a free clinic out of a local YMCA in Phoenix where she also expanded these resources.
Caitlin has dedicated her career to the underserved and joined Wesley Health Center in 2018. She serves as the Director of Health Equity and represents Wesley with the Arizona Safety Net (Arizona Safety Net). She has been integral in obtaining free medications and specialty services for the largely uninsured population Wesley serves, and she is passionate about ensuring all patients receive high quality, evidence-based care regardless of their insurance status or ability to pay. She enjoys full-spectrum Family Medicine, including prenatal care, chronic disease management and preventive care. She performs in-house colposcopies and LEEPs which are essential for the prevention of cervical cancer.
In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys spending time being active as a family with her husband and two sons.
