Kelly Chavez, FNP-C

Kelly is an Arizona Native, who has lived in Phoenix her whole life. Prior to joining Wesley, she worked in Labor and Delivery at Banner Thunderbird. She obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees through Northern Arizona University. While attending Northern Arizona University, Kelly completed her clinical rotation at Wesley. During her time as a student, Kelly bonded with patients their families, and Wesley’s staff. She felt a special connection to Wesley, and the health center’s mission to help the community. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine, with specific interests in women’s health, and family planning.

Kelly is fluent in Spanish, has 2 dogs, enjoys quality time with family & friends, enjoys hiking, and loves to travel.
